We are looking for a motivated Corporate & Commercial Associate to advise clients on corporate transactions, commercial contracts, due diligence, joint ventures, investments, and general corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial and corporate agreements.
- Assist with M&A, investments, and due diligence.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
- Advise clients on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Requirements: LL.B./LL.M. with strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
