Managing Partner | FCA, B.Com (Hons.)

  • Founding partner of the firm and in practice since 1978, advising national and multinational clients on direct tax, personal tax, transfer pricing, business acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures.
  • Ranked 11th among the top 50 Tax Professionals in the world for 2006-07 by Tax-Business magazine, UK.
  • Ex-Vice Chairman of IFA-Netherlands and ex-Chairman of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) – India Branch; represented India as a panelist at the 55th Annual IFA Congress, San Francisco, USA.
  • Appointed a member of the “Expert Group on Transfer Pricing” constituted by the United Nations, and of the Advisory Committee on International Tax & Transfer Pricing set up by the Government of India in 2012.
  • Visiting professor at Vienna University, Austria, teaching International Tax for LLM studies.

Mr. Jaigovind Boob

Audit & Risk Partner | FCA, CS, CFE (USA)

  • Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE, USA) with over 13 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit, risk consulting, advisory and assurance.
  • Served as a Partner at R Kabra & Co LLP (since 2024), heading the Hyderabad location practice; earlier Principal Consultant (2019–24) and Partner at Nalam & Associates, Hyderabad till 2019.
  • Core competencies span internal audit, internal financial controls (IFC), forensic audits, SOP development, statutory audit of mid-size companies and fraud risk assessment.
  • Delivered 50+ audit, investigation and IFC assignments across manufacturing, trading, IT/ITES, retail, pharma and real estate, and supported the EOW–CID Division, Hyderabad on economic offence cases.

Mr. Yash Agarwal

Associate Director | ACA, CS, AICA Lvl 2

  • A Chartered Accountant since 2018 and Company Secretary since 2017, with over 8 years of professional experience spanning audit, assurance and taxation.
  • In independent practice as proprietor of Yash Agarwal and Company since 2021, advising clients on statutory and internal audits, Income-tax and GST compliance and personal finance.
  • Previously with Deloitte & Touche (Assurance) as Senior Audit Assistant (2020–21) and B S R & Associates LLP (KPMG) as Audit Executive (2019–20), auditing FMCG, IT and Education sector clients.
  • Completed AICA Level 1 and Level 2 certification from ICAI (2025 and 2026) — helping implement AI into CA practice.
  • Visiting professor at Vienna University, Austria, teaching International Tax for LLM studies.
